One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Let's see.... 1. staying at Base Camp (Mt. Everest). 2. Going behind the Iron curtain, with my dad, a month before the Berlin wall came down. 3. My 17hr ride in the back of a 3 wheeler filled with myself, 3 Mongolian boys and their sister(who was a student of mine), oh yes and 3 months supply of food. Did I mention the entire trip was on an unpaved trail crossing Inner Mongolia, on one of the coldest days(in November) in 100 years? Did I also mention I was way under dressed? Now that's what I call fun!
