ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going kind of person with a philosophical side looking for adventure and a good time.

I'm interested in meeting new people and experiencing new things (aren't we all?) And I'm hoping my RTW trip this year will do just that.

My interests include martial arts, the arts, music, writing and poetry and of course socializing.

I'm currently looking for like minded people to accompany me on my RTW journey, so if you want to explore Asia, Oceania and the Americas, get in touch!

PHILOSOPHY

Whatever happens, happens.

I've always been the kind to let things happen as they happen. But recently I've felt the need to push myself more towards achieving my goals. And though I miss that carefree attitude I once had, hopefully I'll find a happy medium along the road.

Currently looking to meet other like minded people and meet as well as find places to lay my hat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've only met up with a few people. But I'd like to try couchsurfing proper and hopefullyonce I'm back from my year traveling I'd like to host people too.

Interests

My main passion these days is martial arts. I've achieved a first black in Hung Leng Kuen kung fu and I'm always looking to test myself and learn new things from different styles.

I'm also an amateur artist (and when I say amateur I mean amateur :D) interested in life drawing and landscapes.

I've also recently developed a penchant for music and before I left was trying to learn the guitar. Hopefully I'll find a few people along the road willing to teach me a thing or two.

I've always been a keen writer, though these days it mainly means updating my blog and keeping a travel journal. And recent experiences have prompted me to take up poetry(But if you tell anyone I'll just deny it. :D).

I'm also interested in a number of other subjects including philosophy, psychology, history and mythology.

I'm hoping that in my travels this year I'll find my calling in life by looking at as many new professions and subjects as possible before I return home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was certainly an eye opening experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always looking to learn as much as I can and hopefully I can teach people a thing or two about themselves in return. Life is about learning after all.

Though in a very practical sense I'm looking to get more teaching experience in martial arts, so I'll always welcome people willing to learn.

Really I just want to see and experience as much as possible in life.
