I have always wanted to travel the world and after graduating from Portsmouth University, UK, I worked in a pub for 6 months for some easy money and then a Technical Support job for a 3D printing company. I worked there for a year and religiously saved money, which is harder than it sounds, but now I am ready to start my travels!

My trip starts with exploring Central America, starting from Cancun in January 2018 and heading south from there. Originally from the UK, I speak English and a little Spanish but I aim to meet as many interesting people as I can along the way.

I'm an easy-going guy who is always up for a laugh, and will be happy to help with any chores, errands, cooking or even housework in return for accommodation and some good company. Eye for an eye as they say! And if you've got a guitar I'll even play some tunes, or we can have a jam.

I am also writing a travel blog called the 'Lost Traveller' and would love to explore and learn about the culture of Central America with a fellow couchsurfer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - My music taste is very wide, but if I had to choose a few artists; Frank Sinatra, Childish Gambino, FKJ and Ed Sheeran.
Movies - I love to watch movies but my favourites are Forest Gump and just about any Marvel movie.
Books - It has to be Life of Pi for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I used to teach gymnastics to children, so I can teach you how to somersault, or I am more than happy to teach English. I studied English Language at university and am thinking about doing a TEFL course but would love to teach English in return for some Spanish lessons.

What I Can Share with Hosts
