ABOUT ME

I like to think I'm very friendly and outgoing, and you should know I get super excited about little things that pique my interest (note: coughcough, I'm a crazy German football fan and a Turkophile). I'm extremely adventurous when it comes to food and I'm a self-proclaimed fabulous chef, just saying. No, seriously. Food = life. I want the opportunity to see the world and bask in the beauty of it's many cultures. Learning languages and meeting people from around the world are right up there at the top of my "Favourite Things" list, and I don't want to regret not seeing as much of the world as I want to.I form friendships quickly and I'm ecstatic to be able to do so through travelling and through CouchSurfing.You, yes YOU! I can't wait to meet you!

Discover." - Mark TwainEven at risk of sounding like a cliched bum, I wouldn't be able to describe my outlook on life better than Mr. Twain himself. We've got one life to live, and past experience has always shown it's better to regret something you have done than something you haven't. You can always be sure that I'll (attempt to) take full advantage of any situation that awaits me and try and transform it into an amazing experience.

I love learning languages, and at the moment I'm studying Turkish, and I hope to start learning German over the summer.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The first time I saw the Eiffel Tower in real life. I was struck, in that first moment, by it's massive frame and how majestic is really is. Amazing.

Camping in the the bitter, bitter cold in Ladakh, and waking up to a crisp day next to beautiful Pangong Tso lake.
