About Me

Last year was full of big changes and belief shifts. Now? I'm allowing life to happen, going with the flow, talking to people, and watching the chaos unfold. I live in rural New Zealand. Stunning views, not much happens. Unless you make it happen with community. Friends would say I'm having way too much fun. That's the energy I try to bring.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Randomness embodied. Opening to the unexpected. The bond between people from everywhere. I'm here for the kitchen conversations: cooking together, sharing food, pulling out cards or a board game, letting talk go wherever it goes. Travel is better with people. Preferably strangers who don't stay strangers.

Interests

Geopolitics, metaphysics, consciousness, and everything between, in no specific order. Programming is probably the one topic I'll have strong opinions about. I dance, play guitar badly, solve cubes, and enjoy games without needing to win. Perfect day? Following the wind. Coffee, drinks, music, dance, whoever shows up.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Whatever makes people move and/or feel. Play me something I haven't heard. :)

Books: Consciousness, geopolitics, metaphysics. But really, whatever you're reading! Tell me about it.

Movies: I'll take recommendations if we can speak about it after. I like a mix of everything but prefer the lighter stuff at the moment, but if it hits deeper even better.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Still collecting these. Ask me again in a year. Or let's just make something happen.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: A few guitar chords. How to solve a cube. Some dance moves. Non-competitive gaming. Whatever I'm cooking that night.

Learn: Your story. How you see things. What music moves you. A game I don't know yet.

Share: The kitchen table. Conversation that goes somewhere. My space, my time, genuine curiosity.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A guest who's light, curious, and happy to follow your lead. Cooking together, games, guitar if you don't mind bad playing, conversation that isn't small talk. I'm not here to be entertained, I'm here to connect. Low maintenance, high curiosity.
