ABOUT ME

I've been living on and off in Argentina and Colombia for the last year. It's a long story...

I moved to South America from Chandigarh, India where I worked as an education consultant for the Indian Government. I completed my Master's in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago, concentrating on Islamic finance and Gulf aviation. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in History.

I studied Arabic in Lebanon and Morocco. I taught English in Italy for a summer and in Prague for a year. I've traveled extensively through Europe and the Middle East and somewhat in Asia and North America.

So I figured, why not South America next?

-Standing at the base of Mt. Everest after a grueling 2-week hike to 5,000+ meters
