I dance through life, almost literally. At this very moment (it can change like wind) my interests are salsa and capoeira, but my love goes to all kinds of dances.

I teach my mother tongue (Nederlands) to foreign teenagers and refugees. For those who do not know: it is the language of the Northern part of Belgium.

I can be quiet and enjoy the silence for hours as much as I can talk and chitchat all night long. To me it's just important that people feel comfortable in their own space and time. No one has to pretend to be someone else.

Although I only hosted one traveller before, I am sure that Couchsurfing gives a trip more value. How? It connects not only people in their similarities or differences but as well cultures which can lead to a different way of looking at life.
