Hi there, I am Gwen from Germany. I just turned 25, finished my Masters in Sydney and became a traveler. Before that I've studied Journalism and Corporate Communications in Berlin. However, originally, I am from the beautiful Black Forest . Growing up in a small town has made me become curious about the world and I started exploring early on. I love making new experiences and meeting new people which are both interest I really value since without them I would have never come so far, met so many great people, learned about life and stayed open minded and inspired.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I have never done a gap year now it's my time :) And and as I am travelling on my own I am keen to make new friends no matter where I go. Connecting traveling and meeting new people is my way to go since I want to share my stories and experiences with others and don't hide them behind hotel doors.

Interests

I am pretty much open for everything, however I am extremely bad at all sorts of ball games. But what I love is swimming, coffee culture, art and museums, magazines and books, socialising, walking, discovering new cities and places.

Music, Movies, and Books

A thing about me, I never used to have anything which is my favourite. Maybe it is because I don't like making decisions or I never felt that there is something that could be ideal. Having said that I pretty much like everything that entertains me so you might think my music taste is horrible and my favourite movies a weird composition. I like books as in coffee table and art books, normal book books is something I never really could save enough time for.
