About Me

I was born & raised in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches you'll ever see. I loved playing music with friends and hanging out (maybe a little too much). I went to college there, but had to leave my home because of a lack of opportunities for jobs. I moved to Orlando in 2015 to work as a teacher, a community organizer & an event producer. Now I live in Memphis with my partner and I spend most of my time playing video games and playing music.

I started Couchsurfing in Portugal in 2012 and quickly fell in love with the amazing communities that have sprawled from the website. Through Couchsurfing I helps host Orlando's Couch Crash for two years which further solidified my love for this community.

I hope to continue growing & learning from the dope people here!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm into a lot of genres, but my favorites right now are Latin American punk, shoegaze & emo.

Movies: I enjoy sci-fi, superhero films and historical documentaries.

Books: Hard sci-fi the likes of The Expanse Series by James S.A. Corey, or the Ender's Games series by Orson Scott Card. I'm also into Caribbean history tho.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been on international TV! There was this show called Sábado Gigante which was views all across Latin America & the United States. It ran every single Saturday for more than 50 years! I was into yo-yoing and a talent Hunter for their show saw me and decided to invite me on to the show.

Being at the studio in Miami was a dream come true! They paid for everything and gave me $$$ to spend on whatever I wanted. I was on THE biggest Latin American show ever and that's just so rad!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Many things about my vibrant Puerto Rican culture; from food to history, music and more. I could also share many of Orlando's dope parties.
