I live to create - to express my emotions as well as to understand my soul and spirit through different art forms. Traveling and meeting new people from all walks of life inspire me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've met people for coffee and drinks, and got to know very lovely people! I've also participated in CS events in Berlin. (The language meetings and gallery tours organised by fellow CS members are really fun and interesting!) On top of that, Ive had really awesome experiences with each and everyone of my couchsurfing hosts that will definitely stay with me for a very very long time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing has opened me up to how generous and open-minded people can be - I am very inspired to return all the kindness, fun and valuable exchanges when I am able to host.

Interests

I'm a music, film and theatre junkie! Introduce me to quirky, heartwarming, soulful, extraodinary, interesting work in any art form and I'll fall in love with you. =) Better if you are the creator.

I love yoga, hiking, water-sports, horseriding.

I love wandering in the great outdoors, little lanes and side streets, discovering new things, people, food, shops etc

I love concerts, festivals, good company, deep conversations.

I love the smell of rain, babies and the sun on my bedsheets. I love the feel of flower petals, the sight of big genuine smiles, the voice of a lover, the taste of coffee, wine and chocolate.

Movies: Spirited Away, Mysterious Skin, Up, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Avatar, Life is Beautiful...

Music: Jazz, alternative rock, pop... ( I like Dido, Cocteau Twins, Chet Baker...)

Books: Presently, it's Veronika Decides To Die. My fav authors are Maya Angelou, Paulo Coelho, Milan Kundera...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling and meeting people on the road is thoroughly amazing - It can change your life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Mandarin, Cantonese, English..(but I guess if you are reading this you won't need to be taught English haha)

Ask me about astrology, tarot cards and alternative therapies, and I could share my experiences.

I'm good with words - Having worked as a writer and presenter in tv, print and radio for the most part of my life. So if you are interested in the media, I'm happy to share what I've learnt.

As for myself,
I'd love to learn Italian and French. :-D
I'd love to learn surfing, polish up my guitar playing.
I'd love to learn to paint and play the drums.
