About Me
CURRENT MISSION
for now I am acting like a sponge.. taking anything, and everything in. exposure is essential.
ABOUT ME
In 2009, I came to Prague as a student and fell in love with the city. I finished my university studies in history and art history, and wanted to move back to the city I love. I left Charleston, SC, USA, and now live in beautiful Prague and work at a preschool as an English teacher. I am a kind and empathetic person, and I enjoy hearing stories about people's lives and beliefs.
PHILOSOPHY
“This is what you shall do: love the earth and sun, and animals, despise riches, give alms to every one that asks, stand up for the stupid and crazy, devote your income and labor to others, hate tyrants, argue not concerning God, have patience and indulgence towards the people, take off your hat to nothing known or unknown, or to any man or number of men; go freely with the powerful uneducated persons, and with the young, and mothers, of families: read these leaves in the open air every season of every year of your life: re-examine all you have been told at school or church, or in any books, and dismiss whatever insults your soul.”
-Walt Whitman

I enjoy: wandering around town, hearing live music, nature, learning about anything, vegetarian food, geography, sun rays, finding secret places, political science, taking the road less traveled, going to any beach, park, lake, or anything of the sort, modern/contemporary art, photography, and teaching my preschoolers wonderful things about the planet.
