ABOUT ME

I am a mother, a wild crafter, an artist, a dreamer, a writer, a wanderer, a dancer.... Whatever I feel like! I try to embrace life in all it fullness, in it's beauty and in it's darkness. I have an awesome little family here! I am an ex-traveling kid (though still one at heart!), I don't have my van/home anymore but it's still goes with me in my heart! I absolutely love So. Oregon and the Rogue Valley, especially all the rad music, and am so glad to be here with my little boy! I love meeting new people and gaining new perspectives. That was one of my favorite parts of being on the road, and now that I'm in a home base I love to meet the people coming through!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to host couchsurfers in Kansas City, MO, then went on the road for a year and a half and couch surfed myself. Now, with a child, I've moved back inside but I still love meeting new people and learning new perspectives! I've hosted several people in my new home here in Oregon, I love to show people this amazing place!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Used to host in Kansas City then picked up and left with a couch surfer one day. Spent a year couch surfing and traveling until I got pregnant, and now that I'm settled and my son is older I'm ready to open my house back up. I started with roommates and now I'm ready for surfers ;)

Interests

Everything! Hiking, camping, and the outdoors, music and dancing, reading and writing, sewing, painting, and other crafts, adventuring, relaxing, good beers and better green, herbal medicine and wildcrafting, singing and making music, and of course hanging out with my River bug!
