Dog and Cat lovers will be soooo at home here!
I'm a tree hugger, animal advocate, and love to be near, in, or on water. 3 dogs and 4 cats are my family now. Used to have horses, but they aged very well and died happy, several years ago.
I'm mostly retired, but still do some work from home and online. Visit www.in2itiveedge.com.
I've been self employed all my life, first in Papa's business as a custom design jeweler, and now in a more esoteric direction.(see web site)

Having lived in 43 different places, and moved even more than that, I think I still liked living, working and traveling in a lovely RV best of all. I did that for several years, over a decade, and though it was cramped,it was awesome. Every morning brought something new.

For those who know, I also do Geocaching, and have room on my property for a whole slew of caches.

PHILOSOPHY

Sharing is one of the finest forms of Learning. Learning leads to Wisdom. Wisdom leads to sharing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host others the way I did before the internet, wanting Couchsurfers who are genuinely interested in sharing themselves over meals and time together.

It's my pleasure to share my place which is ideallic, pleasant for me, and secure for my many pets, It's also close enough to highways and an international airport to allow easy travel for myself and any who would care to visit.

Traveling, of course. Cruising, sailing, scuba, horses, bonsai, ikebana, woods and streams, pets of any nature, dancing, hosting small teas and interesting people.
Found Geocaching, so happy to help any in that pursuit.
Used to make gold/gem jewelry and sculpt in wax for casting.
Many forms of art, and I truly enjoy all kinds of gardens and museums.
