I do a lot of stuff so unfortunately, I’m not very good in any of them :)

I’m a nature lover. I like hiking, there are so many beautiful places around here.
I love to go on adventures, better when shared.
I do via ferrata and rock climbing but I take it very easy, I don’t enjoy pushing or extreme stuff.
I enjoy the way, not the arrival.
I enjoy simple life.

I am also fond of the wide worlds of psychology, neuroscience, somatics and shamanism. I believe that our body and mind are deeply connected, and studying these connections is a life long journey.
