Hi guys,
I'm Hannah, from Hanoi, Vietnam. I went to an Engineering school where i major in Planning and architecture a couple of years ago. During university, i found out a bitter truth that I was not interested in my major at all. That was why i committed most of my time during university doing many different sorts of work trying to figure out what I'm passionate about.

After years' searching for what i want to do, I've realized that i am made for inspiring people and helping them with personal growth. I've become an English teacher from almost nothing. Knowing how hard english learners try to get fluent in english and how much they struggle to work on their language skills, I am really keen to doing research about language learning methods and related things.

My dream is to become a person with lots of inspirational stories because i believe that it's how I can encourage people to get out of their comfort zones and start their own adventures. That's how people learn things, from experiences!

I also hope to become a philanthropist some day simple because helping people is something fulfil my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel more and spend less. Of course, a big reason is to make friends with locals and learn more about the local culture where i travel to. More friends, more fun, more opportunites, that's what i always believe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been teaching a group of 10 students for over a year and get them from almost zero in english to the level in which they are fluent in the language.

I've volunteered for a local organization where i assist foreigners to teach local kids.
