Overview
About Me
Hey! I’m Haakon, a Norwegian-Turkish actor and director with a love for good stories, whether they're on stage or shared over a cup of coffee. I’ve been lucky enough to act and direct in some wild places—from Norway to New Zealand. When I’m not working, I love exploring new cities, meeting interesting people, and getting into deep chats or random adventures. I’m all about genuine connections and a few good laughs along the way. Let’s hang out and share some stories!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m here because I love meeting new people and exploring places through a local’s eyes. For me, the best part of traveling isn’t just seeing the sights—it’s connecting with others, hearing their stories, and sharing a bit of mine too. Plus, I think life’s just better when you’ve got a few new friends and unexpected adventures along the way.
Interests
I’m into pretty much anything creative—acting, directing, writing, you name it. I’ve got a soft spot for good books, podcasts, and/or movies that make you think/feel. Albeit I'm not mountain goat, I do love hiking when I actually manage to get my ass out of the city - once in a blue moon - and especially when the view at the top is worth the sweat. I’m also a big fan of deep conversations, but I’m equally down for just chilling out and having a laugh. Whenever I'm in a new city I usually go for a "Random Destination Day", just following my nose, without a plan, until I see someplace I like - where I'll hang out for the day.
