ABOUT ME

I am a cook who has spent the last year at Vancouver's best new restaurant: Maenam.

Before cooking I taught English in South Korea for a year. I also farmed in the southern part of the country--by far my favourite time there.

I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, farming, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and, most of all, cooking and eating.

PHILOSOPHY

Life expands and contracts in direct proportion to one's own bravery.
