Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Travel and friends with CSers. I also attend meetings whenever they are available

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't couch surfed yet but traveled with CSers a few times. Had generally a great time

Jordan's CSers in particular were very friendly and had helped me a lot to settle down since I moved from living in Dubai to living in Amman

Interests

Quite a few - in no particular order:
- Traveling (d'oh). But my favorite traveling is to live in a place. I've already lived in Egypt, UK, Dubai, Libya and Jordan so far. Still feels the urge to keep on relocating every now and then
- Sports - water sports in general, Scuba diving, skiing, swimming, basketball, soccer and squash
- Movies
- Smoking sheesha (water pipe)
- theatre - both watching and performing. Have done a bit of both
- Reading - especially Literature

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - drama particularly, independent movies, Egyptian movies
- Music - Listen to everything and nothing in particular. My favorite music in Rai thu (Algerian)
- Books - Like reading generally - especially literature. I HATE PAULO COELHO

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Did Cave climbing in Oman. Had to climb down (Is there such a thing as climbing down?) a 280 meters cave in Oman called Majlis el Jinn. Was such adrenaline rushing. Should show you pictures someday
- Did a 60 m bunji jumping in Dubai
- Climbed Buddha's foot mountain in Sri Lanka
- Have lived in 5 different countries. I am proud of that

Teach, Learn, Share

Can give a few tips about Scuba diving.
Would be more than happy to recommend a few Arabic authors, films and music that I enjoy
