I believe that life is about taking adventures and making the most of it. My goal in life is to help the world in whatever way I can, but first I want to experience it. I want to amerce in other cultures and meet all the interesting individuals of this world.

I work as a patient care technician at our local hospital and also at a special needs daycare. I love being able to help people, even if it is just putting a smile on someones face. I will be getting my nursing degree and specialize in special needs. From there I would like to go to underdeveloped countries to use my degree.

I am down to earth and outgoing. I enjoy new experiences and am up for any fun adventure that life throws at you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My childhood friend ( practically my brother) and I are traveling around Europe for four months! We want to be able to experience new cultures and would love to have someone show us what they see and do. We are also on a college student budget so saving in places that we can helps!

Interests

I am a Colorado girl so I enjoy hiking, biking, and pretty much anything that has to do with being outdoors.

I love food! Trying new food is always a favorite. I am a big history buff, learning about the world and what it has and had to offer is quite fascinating to me. I like reading, dancing and having fun! Life is to short to not have fun, so I'm the girl who will dance like no one is watching!

I volunteer as much as a can. I have been working with special needs kids since I was in elementary school so it will always be an interest in mine.

I also love photography, I own an SLR, a Polaroid and my iphone of course! All helping me capture life!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music and books are everything to me! If I am not working or hanging out with some friends, I have my nose in a book and headphones in. You could say I am a bit of a book worm.

I love going to music festivals, and my favorite concert venue is only 3 hours away from me, so you could say I'm pretty spoiled!

I won't watch a movie or a show unless it seems appealing or has gotten good reviews. I feel as though movies are a waste of your life's precious time. BUT I am a big netflix fan!
