About Me

Me and Joao like to travel around the world in order to achieve new experiences, meet new people, get new perspectives and learn more about ourselves and about other cultures.

I took a course on Asian Studies and now i'm taking a Master on Portuguese Language and Culture. Joao is taking a Jazz Guitar course and is a guitar teacher.

In Lisbon we try to enjoy life. Study, work to save money to party, concerts, theatre, cinema, and travel.

PHILOSOPHY

Being genuine and surround ourselves with valuable people to share experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Most of the times we hosted couchsurfers in our apartment for some days, We couchsurfed in Vienna and Hong Kong and it was a wonderful experience. The ideal of couchsurfing is great as i believe you'll have a completly different experience during your jouneys by meeting the locals, especially openminded to participate in these kind of projects.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far we had some really good experiences hosting friends from Serbia, Turkey, Italy, France, Finland, America, Argentina. It really depends on the people i'm hosting and their own plans for their staying in Lisbon. We've cooked together, had beers and wine in "Bairro Alto", travelled through Portugal, went to the turistical places (being a tourist in my own city - it's great sometimes), walked around, teached and learned little things, had long interesting conversations, made parties at home, and so on. Hope to continue this good experience :)

Interests

Cinema, music, photography, books, go out to bars and discos with good music, camp near the nature, search for adventure, feel the adrenaline, taking a walk around the city, travelling, meeting new people and new cultures.
