ABOUT ME

I am spontaneous, wacky, I ramble, I talk a lot, I like to write, I love to read. I love the rains, the water, the beach, greenery... I love to travel and meet new people, explore cultures. I like baking. I love the smell of fresh coffee and wet earth. I can talk to myself at times, and I have a tendency to amuse myself. Travel is a passion and I like to explore and enjoy every space. I like conversations and meeting new people, but also appreciate silence equally.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore the earth and the lovely people in it. Meeting people, exploring with them, and conversations - they bring a smile to my face.

If you are in my city, I can show you around the city, and help you if you have queries. Bombay/Mumbai has many beautiful places, but can seem a little confusing to a new person. I can host too, but I stay quite far from the centre, so it may not be convenient for most.

I haven't surfed or hosted before, but I have met people who visited my city and shown them around over beer/coffee and more.

Oh... let's not start. This is endless. Books especially. I no longer have space in my house for more books!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Learnt scuba diving
- Had my first solo trip to Ladakh
- Got stranded in Bali
- Backpacked in the smaller cities of India using only local public transport
- Made instant noodles with water from the electric geyser (it was a tough day and no food around ok!)

Teach, Learn, Share

teach/share: English, Indian culture, something about literature, something about local Indian food...

Learn: I am open to learning anything and everything.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a surfer, I am looking to meet new people. New experiences. I would love it if you can tell me a bit about your city and even better if you have the time to show me around a little.

I am clean, respectful of privacy and understand that hosts would have their own schedule and routine. Be rest assured that your space shall be respected. I can make a great curry or maybe make you a nice dinner some day? Good conversations are enjoyed. I do not smoke. I can bring a whole load of stories about India with me.
