ABOUT ME

I´m a student of mechanical engineering in Dresden.
One year ago a friend and I traveled around the world and couchsurfed quite a few times. Our stops were: USA, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia and Thailand.
Now I want to give something back by contributing to that unique community.

PHILOSOPHY

What a wonder, I love travelling and I think it’s the most important and best time in one’s whole life – experience the world and try to understand the culture with all your senses. I always want to try new things and see the world through others eyes.

I love to host couchsurfers from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a few CS experiences. But there is one I will always keep in mind. It can’t have been nicer. My hosts Jenn and Naz from Boston are some of the loveliest persons I’ve ever met in my whole life and i think they enjoyed our presences too – we really made new friends. It would have been too hard to say goodbye, so we decided to just say “see you soon”.

Interests

I love to be outdoors – skiing, hiking, biking, etc. When I’m at home I enjoy dealing with computer stuff or read books, have a glass of wine and caress our cat Suki – because I love animals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was on a world trip with a friend of mine – Rafael. I think that it was one of the greatest things I’ve ever done in my whole life. When I think back in time, it’s been always holidays when the cool things happened. As I said, I love nature and seeing Scandinavia has been one of my favourite things so far and I definitely want to see Iceland once.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m interested and willing to try everything – I can’t list all the things I want to learn here.
Teaching – a real tough question. That must be something one is really good at. There probably not so many things I could teach you, but if you have a computer problem, I might solve it. ;-)
