About Me
ABOUT ME
4 continents, 20 countries, and counting...
Traveling allows me to explore myself, the diverse world we live in, and the rich, exotic culture of others. I enjoy observing and conversing with people from various backgrounds.
Travelling aside, I enjoy photography, well-versed with global issues & politics, read extensively, and appreciative of good movies.
PHILOSOPHY
Travelling opens up new perspectives and avenues in life. It changes the way you think, you meet more people who share your ideals and aspirations. It's the most valuable investment that one can make in life. If everyone can travel to understand different places and cultures, I believe there'll be less conflicts in this world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
1. First experience was with a nudist guy in Brussels. If anything, I learned not to judge a book by its cover.
2. I also stayed in a small, one-bed room in a student's apartment in Paris. Despite that, we bonded well and even watched the Real Madrid vs Barcelona game together on my host's laptop.
3. I have shared a living room with two other people in Wimbledon. Although we had prior miscommunication issue, I learned that well-chosen words can do wonders.
