ABOUT ME

Well not really sure what to say about me I grew up in a small town called Maryborough where there isn't that much to do, I then moved to Rockhampton to study Engineering (came away with a life lesson on partying) then lived overseas a few times and have done numerous trips overseas, but found myself living in Gladstone QLD for the last 5 years, so decided it was time for a change again and moved to Darwin for two years before another stint overseas and now find myself in Sydney (leichhardt).

I feel I am easy going and quite relaxed, love a good story, a laugh and a few drinks with mates.

Have been told that I am "a typical aussie" am still trying to work out if this is a good thing or not?

Absolutely love travelling and talking about travelling, meeting new people and having a good time

I am here for a good time not a long time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been on CS for a little while now and think its a fantastic way to travel and meet people. I plan on doing plenty of surfing when next I am travelling however due to work have found myself having to push back my travel plans, so in the meantime am enjoying hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't done any surfing yet but have been hosting. Am really surprised by the amount of people stopping through Gladstone, from people just wanting a bed for the night to break up the journey to people wanting to party and experience a smaller/different town. Whatever the reasons have found my CS's to be friendly, interesting and nice people and the whole CS experience to be a fantastic way to meet new people.

Interests

I love just having a good time. I love sport mainly rugby union and cricket but will give anything a go. Love just hanging out with mates and meeting new people.

Will listen to or watch just about any type of music or movies. My favourite music would be metal/rock & roll though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Pretty much anything I have seen on my travels from the pyramids to sunsets on the amazon to walking on glaciers.
