I think couchsurfing is the best way to meet new people and explore the world.

Staying or having someone living with you for sometime really encourage's you to actually get to know each other, and to know new, different people, different cultures, different lifestyles..

I believe the more you meet different people the better you understand your self, your society, your values the things that are important to you..

There is something very strong in having a variety in your social environment, and couchsurfing is a great and fun way to practice.
