ABOUT ME

My name is Bolun Zhang or Lars. I am a very nice and kind Chinese guy.
As I am so open-minded that people don't see me as a typical Chinese. I actually don't mind to be perceived as an 'exception'. Instead, I pretty enjoy it! I like to go out of my room and try different things and get interesting or exciting experience. When I am home, I like to travel around by reading books and surfing on the internet.
I am always trying to be reliable and helpful, no matter it's to friends or acquaintance. A sense of humor makes life easier. Think positively is definitely my mindset, sometimes maybe a bit too much.

Ah, I am sure you will see me smile a lot. I can't help since I am always a happy man :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Two times in total, each time in Hoogeveen and Arnhem, the Netherlands.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In March of 2013, I did a 3 days bike trip combining with 2 nights Couchsurfing from Groningen to Eindhoven (270km) in the Netherlands. In September the same year, I did a 4 days hiking in West Highland Way in Scotland.

I basically have 'hardly' lived in one place for more than 3 years since the first time I traveled from my hometown Xi'an to the capital city Beijing when I was 11 years old. Plus I am curious person, so you can expect loads of stories from me =)
