COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've used CouchSurfing twice - once while I was in Turkey and the second time in Romania.

Both times, I really liked the personal touch it gave to travelling and I got to learn more about the people, cultures and places than just seeing the top ten must-see spots. Plus, you get to meet awesome people and experience the cool bars/spots/activities that aren't mentioned in the guide books.

兴趣

I like traveling internationally, trying out new food, eating good food, drinking some nice wine, reading, hiking, snowboarding, white water rafting and watching sports...preferably all together.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Seen: A Lenin statue that had been perfectly split in half and was left in the middle of an abandoned field.

Done: Taken a picture with it. =P Also, went white water rafting in eastern Turkey during June when the waters were high and swift.
