I am a 27 year old aspiring traveler! A little over 2 years ago, my biggest dream in life-my calling- was realized. Growing up, I was raised in a family that loved traveling. You could say traveling is in my blood. 2 years ago, I shifted out of a path I had previously walked, earned a degree in a major I would never use, quit a stable 9-5 job, and moved out of my apartment back into my mother's house. I started a new job with the intent of saving money to backpack Europe.

Last Halloween, I sold all of my things and moved across the country to Seattle, WA, from my hometown and state to get to know a dad I had been estranged from my whole life. From here, I will be leaving the states in September to begin my greatest adventure. I will start my backpacking journey in Europe, and the plan is to travel to South Africa afterwards, then Asia.

I am fully self-funded. I transitioned out of the corporate workforce, into my own. I intend to maintain my travels by working for myself. I am a Virtual Assistant and am currently taking a course to obtain my TEFL certification to teach English online.

I have shifted my entire life to make my dream a reality. I am very nomadic in nature and have taught myself to live a minimalistic lifestyle. I am happy to share more of my journey if we meet!

I love meeting new people. Based on the Myers-Briggs personality test, I am an ENFP. I'm bubbly and outgoing, and I love to laugh. I love adventure and spontaneous adrenaline rushes. I look at life like one big adventure waiting to be had. The world is my oyster (and everyone else's) and I want to live it to the fullest!

I love the idea of making new friends all over the world, by their kindness in opening up their homes. I don't currently have an ideal couchsurfing location to share myself, but I'd love to hang out if you happen to be in my area.
