One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Finland I had a sauna. the temperature inside was 120 degrees and outside 7 degrees. After the sauna I dive into a lake and the temperature of the water was 2 degrees. I made 8 times. It was a magical and extreme sensation where I pushed my body to its limits.
