Hi, we are Hakan and Basak two students currently living in Istanbul, we’re 24. We do travel as much as possible, since we’re students unfortunately it’s not that often.

I -Hakan- study management information systems and my girlfriend Basak is a graduate student studying old turkic languages. We can share out knowledge about those topics if you have any interest.

We love hanging out together with our friends, travelling and exploring new places! And also we like taking photographs, and are so interested in art.

If you like we can hang out together; if not, you wouldn’t notice we were there. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We want to explore and know new places, people, and cultures, with a limited budget. :)

Interests

Basak plays piano professionally and has been teaching me for a while.
We both like oil painting.

I learn Spanish, and Basak learns German. We love to share our knowledge of these languages with each other, we’d love to share them with you too.
