Overview
About Me
After finishing my electrical apprenticeship I joined the Australian Navy. It wasn't what I had hoped so I got out and moved to Melbourne.
I moved to Mackay Queensland to be nearer my aging parents where I met my wife Robyn. We married in 1982. We moved to Bundaberg in 1993 with our young family of 3 boys - now all grown up Andrew (33 ), Timothy (31 ) and Robert (29 ) to run our own medical practice.
In 2005 I opened the first Asian Supermarket in Bundaberg where I met many young Backpackers. I love working with young people and helping them out where I can.
Retired in 2016 and have volunteered in Nepal on 3 occasions at a school for disabled children - blind & deaf.
Moved to Sunshine Coast in Caloundra 2017 to be closer to our 3 sons in Brisbane, now only 90km away. I am still busy working on our new townhouse.
