Hi there! My name is Haley Ehler and I am 23 years old. I am a 4th year nursing student at Dalhousie University who will be a graduate nurse come May. I grew up in a small town in Halifax, NS, the most eastern province in Canada. I've lived here all my life and I love it- but I am a girl who knows how much more there is to see out there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a student- but travelling is the one thing I want to spend my hard earned dollars on. I work part time around school with adults with intellectual disabilities but that only pays $14 an hour. When you have rent, a car, a phone and a dog and you need to buy basic needs, $14/hr doesn't go very far. I am all about the concept money comes, money goes... so I will save my money until I have enough to go on the trip that I have been saving for and then I go. I think couch surfing will allow me to meet new people and travel more often- the two things I am looking to do.

My iTunes is an absolute mess... one minute you'll be listening to Post Malone and miley cyrus, the next kane brown and then the next song will be Kanye... you're always in for a surprise on shuffle mode.

Booked a trip at a bar the night before and went solo to Mexico the next day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some great nursing and life saving skills- I mean, who wouldn't want to know those?

I am a kinesthetic learner and I love to learn by doing, I am open to learning anything because who wouldn't want to obtain knowledge and learn more about something they don't know!

I am willing to share great stories (I'm funny believe it or not) my life should honestly be a sitcom, I think anyone would enjoy!

I am a very caring and open person. I think I bring a great energy around me, I am always happy, always optimistic and always looking forward to the next thing.
