Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was younger I lived on a farm in the middle of nowhere in Australia and some of the best memories are of people who were lost or stuck coming into the farm and staying a few days. My dad loved unexpected guests and would show them around the farm and get them involved in farm life.
I think it's a brilliant way to meet new people in new places. I think it gives you a better perspective on what the place you are visiting is like for the people who live there.

Interests

I love cycling, snowboarding, knitting, talking, eating donuts, cake and coffee. I have been known to walk a long way out of my way because I heard there was a good donut shop.
