To get the most authentic experience possible wherever we travel by immersing ourselves in the culture and meeting locals!

ABOUT US

My husband and I have been on the road for the past two years, working wherever we land. Weston is a traveling physical therapist and I own and run a conservation photography business partnering with non-profit organizations. We typically move every 3-6 months and so have many opportunities for exploring all corners of the US! So far, we've spent time in North Carolina, New Hampshire, and Colorado. We're currently on our newest stint in western Colorado and are excited to take advantage of all the winter activities, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and exploring.

UPCOMING TRIPS

We're in the middle of planning a trip to Romania this April 2017. Any tips from other Couchsurfers about what to do in that country or the surrounding countries are surely welcomed!

We're new to Couchsurfing! A great friend of mine has used Couchsurfing for years and encouraged me to get my own account. Now that my husband and I are constantly on the road, we keep our eyes open for opportunities to learn about and get involved with our new communities. We're excited to join Couchsurfing and look forward to meeting some of you!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

On a trip through Southern Africa, we swam in a pool that butted up to the edge of Victoria Falls in Zambia, called "Devil's Pool"! We had to swim out across the top of the falls, clamber up the rocks surrounding the pool, and then hop in! When we swam the edge and sat down, we looked over our shoulder and saw straight down into the misty abyss... It was one of the craziest experiences of our lives, but completely worth it...since we're still alive :)
