Overview
About Me
I am an American student studying the biochemistry of viticulture in Bordeaux France for the next six months. I am taking advantage of this amazing opportunity by exploring Europe on the weekends. I am working hard to learn how to speak French, and I am fluent in English. I love doing outdoor sports like running, hiking, and swimming. On my travels I want to experience the local life of the places I visit and try regional cuisine. I have only just learned that couch surfing existed, and am thrilled that this exchange exists. I am adventurous and passionate about what I do, and I am thrilled to be in Europe! Please consider hosting me on my adventures. Unfortunately, at this time I have no couch to offer to others, but I am excited to open my couch up when I return to the states and meet fellow couch surfers exploring my corner of the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am an American student, and I have been awarded an amazing fellowship that is allowing me to study in France. I am taking advantage of this opportunity by exploring Europe on my weekends here. As I am a student, money is a bit tight, and I am couch surfing to be able to visit more places on the budget I have. Couch surfing is a great occasion to meet people who live in the places I am visiting and really get a feel for the local life!

Teach, Learn, Share
I am still a student, so I do not have much to teach others yet, but I am excited to learn about the world and experience different cultures, lifestyles, and beliefs. I am happy to share a drink or a meal with a story or an interesting conversation.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I do not have much to share, but I look forward to offering my couch to others when I return to the States. I can offer to share a drink or a meal as well as my enthusiasm for travel and my knowledge of biochemistry, agriculture, and the Western United States.
