Any and all things outdoors! Running, hiking, climbing, yoga and slack-lining are my year round favorites, though I also snowboard, body surf, wakeboard and swim as well. I also absolutely love relaxing with a book and a nice cup of tea when I'm not being active. Cooking, gardening, meditation and arts and crafts equally foster my general well being.

All kinds of music, and open to hearing what you like! My favorite bands are split evenly between old and new: im a die hard beatles, queen, rolling stones, paul simon, stevie nicks and joanie mitchel fan, but i also love first aid kit and new age folk and funk. My favorite movies are Big Fish, Forest Gump and the Fantastic Mr. Fox. My favorite book of all time is the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, (don't ever forget your towel), but I have read almost every SciFi novel you have ever heard of 😝 and my favorite author is Stephen King.
