I am originally from rural Saskatchewan, Canada but have lived in Vancouver, BC and for the last three years in Toronto. I work professionally as a chef and food stylist. As well I am an artist that designs, illustrates, photographs, printmakes and paints mostly on my passion in life food.

I love the radio, some of my favourite progams are This American Life, Radiolab, The Moth, This is That, Wiretap and Q.

I love to go to shows and am out seeing live music a few nights a week.

I also love to see live theatre and attend live storytelling events.

My favourite book is Slouching Towards Bethlehem by Joan Didion.
I enjoy to read mostly non-fiction, with a focus on food.
