About Me
ABOUT ME
Who am I? Nobody really knows me because I am always different, also the master of the disguise :)
At the moment, I feel myself sitting on a nice long branch, up and down - as a breeze rocking the branch…
Essentially, this breeze could be a powerful hurricane or balmy, depending on how I look at the world below. Sometimes I can hit myself a little, while I swinging, but I never forget the beauty and joy of the game, and even the wildest tornado's terrible power is not strong enough to sweep me away, because I got two strong hands to hold onto, and the option to pick up the pace of the wind or drift softly to it.
PHILOSOPHY - Bring a bit of "hitchhiking spirit" into your life by giving a random act of kindness to a random stranger whenever you have the chance!
"Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving."
Albert Einstein
“The arts are not a way of making a living. They are a very human way of making life more bearable. Practicing an art, no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your soul grow, for heaven's sake. Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio. Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend, even a lousy poem. Do it as well as you possibly can. You will get an enormous reward. You will have created something”
Kurt Vonnegut
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love to explore new places, and make new connections with interesting people. You never know what you can teach to others, and what you can learn from them :) I've made plenty of wonderful friendships through Couchsurfing in the past as a host and as a guest.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have been travelling to Poland a few times /Warsaw, Krakow/, I could also stay in nice places with friendly people in the Netherlands, Taiwan, Thailand and in New York. I had also plenty of opportunity to host and get help and guidance from people mostly in the Oceania region.

A few ones, what I like to watch over and over again: Amélie, 500 days of summer, Darjeeing Limited, Cofee and Cigarettes, Big Fish, Godfather Trilogy, 4 rooms, Legend of 2000, Fight Club, Studio Ghibli works
Books: Marquez, Vonnegut, Kafka,Bulgakov, Nick Hornby, Vámos Miklós, Csáth Géza, Jane Austin, Ertlend Loe, Csikszentmihályi, Szerb Antal
Music: form jazz to heavy metal, world music, DnB and electrical, there are so many, that I cannot put here /at the moment I am looking forward to go on a Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stone Age concert :)
