Generally you'll want to include something you can do. Most Couchsurfing experiences aren't centered around learning how to read or write or study better. They're interactive. Think about the things you've done well and think about how you could show someone else to do them. The learning part is a little more difficult, but it should be in the same vein as the teach answer. Do you want to learn: Again, you'll want to include the things you want to learn to do. You can be a bit more fanciful or outrageous with this part though. You never know what your Couchsurfers might be into. Finally, the things you can share might be similar to what you can teach, but if you're a host this might also be a place for you to talk about some local experiences you might have a in or some special knowledge about. As a surfer you might not have much to share except a positive attitude and open mind. That's usually enough anyways.
