My name is Hamish and I've been using this site on and off since 2008 and have had some great experiences from it.

I live in Montréal but am originally from New Zealand, having moved here after falling in love with the city.

I interested in sports, politics, public policy, current events and enjoy travelling, socialising and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Great way to meet new people and new friends. I've been fortunate enough to couchsurf in Cardiff, Wales (2008) and Montréal, Québec (2015). I've met some awesome friends from both journeys, and even later traveled to France with BOOKS631.
