My name is Hamid.
I am always down down to make good connections, either sharing a meal, during a good conversation, or in quick passing moments.

I love research, design and teaching. My students keep me deeply engaged with the world, honest, laughing, and growing.

I am a researcher and scientist and like to discover.

I am interested in any type of adventure that involves a bike, large amounts of water, boats, and planes, but equally interested in the adventure that comes from being at home.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the general goodness of people. I love that couch surfing embraces this wholeheartedly, let us hope it can be the case.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Well, I should admit that I have used CS by now more for meeting up people and just in 2 cases hosted some nice people. I am rather new in CS experiences. I am open to hosting people. You can have the couch or floor if you prefer the floor to the couch.

I am happy to give people the lay of the land and write a list of "great" locations if there is interest.

I haven't surfed yet but I am really excited to start surfing! Thanks to those of you who take a chance as my surfing network starts to sprout.

Interesses

I love traveling, drink with my friends, hiking, sailing, climbing. I really enjoy to go out and meet new people, read fantasy books; theatre and music... The simplest things are making me happy, but I also love adventures and take risks, that make me feel alive!
