Hello people!

First and foremost, let me introduce myself, I'm Hamka Rahman and I'm 23 years old! You can call me Hamka for short or if it's difficult to remember, just call me hamburger or ham will do. HAHAHA! Yeah that's how people call me at times.

I'm actually a pastry/culinary chef in a local cafe! I love food much more than I love myself that's the reason for me being in a culinary/pastry chef! If you are the person who loves food, you come to the correct person! I can bring you around for good cheap local foods!

I think it's a good experience meeting someone or people from parts of the world because we can learn people culture, religion and so on. Personally for me I'm very friendly and sociable so I guess there's no feeling of awkwardness meeting new people! It's just my interest meeting new people and so on.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Basically it started off with a friend of mine that are working with me in the military position. Were having dinner and he's the kind of guy that really love travelling/backpacking around the world alone. Got to find out that we have the same interest!

He randomly told me things he had done overseas and how couch surfing really help him alot interms of financial, tour guiding and language problem.

Really get high up and interested in couch surfing that's why now, I have my own profile and hope to meet some new people out there that are using couch surfing too!

Well, I can teach you what the locals do here in-terms of culture and such. I can share about the unique different races/ethnic groups in Singapore! What does one of each races do in the own teachings, their festive seasons, their bringing up stages. I can share up to what my knowledge stores.

Teach you my mother tongue language that is called 'malay' and of course uniquely singapore slang or rather language that is SINGLISH! HAHA! just for fun!
