About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy life, traveling and getting in contact with different cultures. Having said the politically correct thing, my current mission is to host people that know some interesting recipe from their country because, damn, I LOVE food.
ABOUT ME
My name's Franco, 31. I'm friendly, a good host (as some people have told me), funny to hang out with, and I am always trying to find interesting things to do (specially related to cultural or art events).
I am an architect and speak english, spanish, italian and french fluently. I also speak some german and a little bit of dutch. Yep, I'm a languages nerd.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Mostly I've been hosting people, but I stayed at someone's house for two months in Mexico. I didn't get there from Couchsurfing, but it was exactly the same and I loved it.
In 2016 I lived for 6 months in Venice and I was both a host at home and a surfer while traveling around.
Right now I've been living in Spain for 4 years
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1-Parachuting in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
2-Going to a lonely mountain at night with a host in Peru and seing Lima from there, a very touristic spot during the day but so peaceful and strange at night.
3-Kayaking in Gent's canals (Belgium)
4-Getting lost in little towns of Czech Republic
5-Visiting Harry Potter Studios in Leavesden, England.
6-Taking a plane to an unknown destination (Katowice, Polland).
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to show to surfers/hosts some aspects of my culture (places, food, language, people) and I expect the same from them. I'd like if we could make kind of an intercultural exchange.
I really enjoy having friends from all over the world. It opens your mind and it is always nice to know you have someone to visit wherever you go!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Very good mood, basic lessons about very necessary expressions in spanish (the ones you usually shout at people while driving haha), some typical food from our country, stories, good talks and friendship.
