Personally, I am convinced that live more intensely the present moment is the key to being able to live happier. After all, do we not let life slip through our fingers by letting flooded by stray thoughts about the future and the present? Most of us spend most of their time thinking about the future (to be anxious about what might happen) or past (what would have happened if we had is not). When was the last time you sat down and you've decided to just enjoy the moment, what is happening around you without worrying about the future or the past? I'm willing to bet it was not today ...
