Me (Hampus) and my best friend Johan just graduated business school in Linköping Sweden june 2015. While all of our friends went straight working for the big companies in Sweden, we decided to pack our backpacks and head to India for an indefinite period of time.

At the moment we are traveling in Kashmir and Rajasthan but in late October 2015 or so we will move back to Mumbai and stay for at least half a year. Our whole idéa of staying in Mumbai is to get work in the film industry of Bollywood. As extras and small roles to begin with. I know it sounds crazy but we think it is possible and we will pursuit this dream. We already acted in films, got some contacts in the industry and as soon as we get to Mumbai we will get the ball rollin for real!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To find nice people to stay with in Mumbai! We rather stay with cool people who know the city than sleep at a hostel where people just come and go on a daily basis.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I (Hampus) was traveling India four years ago, I acted as a bodyguard in the Bollywood movie Thank You (2011). Another thing both me and Johan did recently was to act as drug addicts in Goa in the coming Bollywood movie Real Fighter!
