Teach, Learn, Share

I know graphic design, web design, html/css, some php. I can teach French/English and I love to simply share everything I know about fitness, business, etc. I am also a runner, football (Soccer) player, love being fit and healthy and would love to share some mental skills and techniques for staying fit!
