Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Hana from Slovakia. First and foremost, I’m not into writing endless description about myself, my views of the world and hoping that it would resonate enough with someone hahah.
So a few facts about me:
I like spontaneous traveling and living (this part has some limits tho haha), I believe that plans very often kill the beauty of unpredictability and presence.
I’m very respective and supportive to diversity and differences (zero tolerance for xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia etc.).
I enjoy living informed life in terms of politics, sociology and interconnecting these fields with psychology and philosophy.
I’m really into sports and nature, but running is my forever love and passion.
I study medicine (which I love with all of my heart). But I mention this primarily to underline that majority of my semester I spend with books so I’m not that flexible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Even though CS is getting more and more popular among regular travelers, I still believe that it’s is a platform which connects people with similar view at life. It is a platform where we can meet people with amazing life experiences, with interesting life stories, people with similar, or the whole opposite, beliefs. As we human are dependent on social interactions, I believe that there’s not a single other thing which would have similar impact on our life than meeting and talking to interesting people.
