Overview
About Me
I grew up near the mountains in the French part of Switzerland. In 2014, I decided to move to Edinburgh and start a degree in history!
I am a kind and friendly person. I love meeting people and talking about bizarre and unforgettable adventures over a beer!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've travelled a lot using different accommodations and this time I really want to meet residents and share experiences. Unfortunately, my flat is quite small and I can't accommodate anyone yet but I'm working on it!
Interests
I love learning (I kind of want to study everything but since this is impossible I'm learning different crafts on top of history). I read a lot when I have time.
I also love cooking and tasting food from different places, when I travel food is a big part of the trip.
I am interested in languages and learning Japanese (just started!).

Music, Movies, and Books
I spent my whole life with my nose inside books (it played a big role in the reason why I chose to become a librarian). I am interested in pretty much everything that is readable! I mostly read historical fiction, fantasy, slice of life stories, sci-fi, contemporary fiction and classics.
As for movies, my culture is unfortunately pretty bad :( I watched mostly series this past year and once again I really enjoy historical stories.
I like music and I don't have any preferred genre, it changes a lot with my mood!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked in a library in Tokyo for a month.
