ABOUT ME

I'm energetic and curious, often a little snappy and quick-witted. I can read a map well and I'm very active. I ride my bike daily, practice (and teach) yoga, and dance on a regular basis. I like eating: local food, unique delicacies, and cheese! I enjoy learning about food production and traditions. I also like going to see live music, as much as possible. I love being in nature and don't get enough, living in NYC. At the same time, I love the excitement of the city and no other place has called my name like this one does.

Interests

Health and wellbeing! I'm a massage therapist and yoga and meditation teacher, and so my work is full of helping people feel better in myriad ways. The other things that grab my attention are interesting bicycles (not the standard fancy set), delicious food (especially if it's homemade), and adorable cats and dogs. I dance with a marching band that exists to support the many organizations working for social justice in and around NYC, and those efforts take up a fair amount of my time.
