Recently downsized (thanks to rent inflation) and the space is too small to host another person, so unfortunately unable to host for the time being

- I travel to learn about local history, politics, and culture. I am not really into nightlife or the like.
- I have visited 20+ capitols, palaces, and parliament buildings around the world
- enjoys reading non-fiction books (read 45 books in 2022) and always visit local bookstore wherever I go.
- an advocate for cancer prevention/treatment research funding (yes I am a volunteer "lobbyist")
- a baritone for the Duke Chapel Choir and have done 18 concerts in 5 years!
- a Google Maps local guide level 9
